MC SPORTS

    The existing Pre Engineered Metal Building was abandoned by the previous developer during construction. The building was resurrected from the found structural steel members around the site and the existing concrete foundation and slab. Steel members were supplanted from original fabricators. The original building was designed as a bowling alley and sports bar.


    The new building was designed for retail use. About 23,000 sf of floor area was leased to MC Sports for retail use. And built according to the corporate standards and specifications. A new floor system was introduced to level off the floor. A new loading dock was added to the building that was required by the new tenant. All utilities, parking and site improvements were design to comply with new standards and code.
