The two identical residential buildings proposed were conceived as dorms for the students of the Darussalam Foundation Academy and is situated within the walking distance of the secured academy campus site. The intent is to house the students who live out of state or from distance difficult to commute. The living units are designed to address multiple residential needs of the Academy. The north building has a combination of 2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom unit. The south building has a combination of 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom units. The buildings are identical in size and appearance forming a “gateway” on either side of the Darussalam Academy site entrance from Swift Road. They are both rendered with architectural details and color to be in keeping with the aesthetic of the Academy buildings.
